Finance Business Partner – Customer Strategy & Analysis
The Finance Business Partner is a newly created role critical to support aPriori’s growth. The individual in this role will be a trusted advisor to our sales and customer success teams at various stages of the customer journey and will interact with customers on a regular basis. You will partner with our commercial teams and work directly with prospects and customers to analyze the financial benefits that partnering with aPriori will provide. Delivering customer success is a core value at aPriori; the Finance Business Partner will also collaborate with our Success team to develop and report on key metrics to measure the success and ROI of aPriori deployments. The ideal candidate is collaborative, innovative and willing to think outside the box.

Responsibilities include:
• Partner with sales and success teams to define the business benefits that the aPriori Solution will bring to the customer
• Develop strategies and repeatable processes to be used within our enterprise sales cycle that quantify the aPriori business value and ROI
• Participate in workshops and establish dialogue to understand customer financial position to serve as input to ROI analysis
• Analyze annual reports and other publicly available financial data to develop an understanding of a customer’s business and assess needs and opportunities
• Engage directly with customers and prospects to develop financial models and create compelling, rock-solid business justifications and ROI
• Partner with the Customer Success Team to measure achievement against the ROI, including developing metrics, KPIs and other analysis to identify potential points of integration

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years accounting experience
• 5+ years progressive experience in Financial Analysis and/or Business Analytics
• Substantial experience building business cases and investment justifications
• Expert level Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus experience with BI tools, including Tableau
• Experience working with and supporting Senior Executives
• Experience working in, or providing services to, discrete manufacturing companies is a plus

Location (post Covid):
• Based in our Concord, MA office
• Availability for some travel (less than 20%)
