Stephanie Feraday has over 20 years’ experience in driving high-growth software businesses in corporate and consumer markets. Prior to joining aPriori 12 years ago, Stephanie held executive-level positions at marquis startup and Fortune 500 technology companies including Netegrity, Hewlett-Packard, Symantec, Delrina and Virtusa. She earned a bachelor’s degree in applied science from the University of Waterloo.
Scott’s 20+ years of success within the software industry at leading global organizations like Hewlett Packard and Siemens PLM is thanks in part to his passion for helping solve the most complex engineering design challenges. His background in manufacturing engineering, acquired through Clarkson University and experience at Carrier Air Conditioning and Hamilton Standard, allows for an acute understanding of the challenges plaguing manufacturing teams. Scott focuses on building partnerships where aPriori’s technology has the capacity to accelerate innovation helping market-leading manufacturers to improve business performance, shorten time to market, and develop some of the most advanced capabilities in use today.
Over the last 14 years, Julie has been an integral part of how aPriori has brought new products to market, changing the digital manufacturing simulation industry to meet pace with global innovations. Julie brings over twenty years of marketing and service delivery experience, previously working at Oracle, ProfitLogic and State Street Bank. Julie holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Babson College.
With over 25 years’ experience in finance, Jeannine is passionate about helping businesses accelerate growth and maintain stability in an ever-changing marketplace. As the Chief Financial Officer of aPriori, Jeannine oversees all financial and administrative aspects of the company. Since joining the company in 2012, she has helped grow aPriori into a multi-national corporation, implementing a strong system of financial controls as well as software solutions to support growth and scale.
Arnie has been delivering highly scalable, complex software projects on time, on budget, and with the utmost quality for the last 30 years. Arnie wields the technical and strategic skills to help organizations realize their technology vision to achieve business goals. He led his team in the development of aPriori’s cloud-based services and implemented an agile development process. Prior to joining aPriori, Arnie held executive engineering roles at a number of successful software companies including Brainshark, Segue Software and Primavera Systems. Arnie graduated with a degree in computer science from the University of Delaware and has a Ph.D. from The Wharton School, University of PA.
Working with leading software technology companies over the last 30 years has given Rick a passion for connecting innovators with cutting-edge software that can catapult their business. Before aPriori, Rick worked at Oracle’s Agile PLM Business where he co-led the development of a highly successful global market development program. Prior to Oracle/Agile, he held a variety of marketing and business development roles in software companies focused on product development automation, including Eigner + Partner, PTC and Computervision. Rick’s ability to enhance marketing, sales, and product synergies is how aPriori continues to launch mission-critical manufacturing technologies to global powerhouses.
Chris Morris has a wealth of experience helping customers to successfully deploy enterprise software applications and achieve maximum ROI. His success is attributed to his deep knowledge of mechanical engineering, holding a master’s degree in the subject, paired with over 20 years’ experience with leaders like PTC and UTC/Pratt & Whitney. His background provides a keen sense of the challenges that engineering teams face in the evolving manufacturing landscape. Chris’s team focuses on decreasing the time to first success, world-class, role-based technology training, and customer advocacy.
Whitney has twenty years of multi-industry expertise in leading people strategies and all aspects of employee success. Core to her strategy is the promotion of an inclusive and equitable workplace that is predicated on a values-based management philosophy. Most recently, Whitney served as Vice President of Global Human Resources at NetNumber, Inc. where she supported the rapid expansion of teams throughout Eastern Europe, the UAE, and Asia. With a master’s degree in management from Brandeis University, Whitney has spent a considerable amount of time researching data driven approaches to critical issues around strategy, process, technology, and people.
