Microsoft Administrator and Developer

The Microsoft Cloud platform is a strategic part of enabling aPriori’s business processes. The Microsoft Developer/Administrator will support and maintain our Microsoft Cloud platform, and build solutions which improve our use of Microsoft services including Office 365, Sharepoint Online, and Power apps. This position will report to the Director of IT and collaborate extensively with the Director of Business Process Innovation on all aspects of our Microsoft environment to ensure an optimal user experience.

Key Objectives

  • Support existing SharePoint Online sites and Power Apps automations
  • Design and develop new automations and integrations as needed to improve business process automation
  • Ensure technical controls are effective and reviewed regularly
  • Participate in normal IT audit processes
  • Participate in project planning and requirements gathering
  • Ensure solutions are supportable and maintainable
  • Communicate effectively to identify needs, define processes and evaluate technical solutions and strategies
  • Testing and releasing with a focus on delivering solutions against business goals
  • Managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Collaborate on small-to-medium scale projects with minimal supervision
  • Creating technical documentation, including design and security
  • Working with other staff as appropriate in systems and integration testing
  • Blending and integrating multiple technologies for a best of breed solution

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or equivalent
  • Experience with .NET Core, C#, Powershell
  • Experience with Sharepoint Online Development
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Azure
  • Familiarity with Power apps
  • Demonstrated analytical skills in assessing user, functional and technical requirements

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure/Git/Agile methodologies
  • Experienced with secure SDLC processes
  • Solid understanding of REST API design methodologies
  • Experience with Valo
  • Experience with Agile software development processes and procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently in both collaborative and independent environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
