  • aPriori calculates all manufacturing costs bottom up, ensuring that your cost estimates accurately reflect real-world manufacturing conditions at production sites, providing you with the level of detail you need for credible manufacturability analysis.
  • Each manufacturing process aggregates all the manufacturing operation cycle times and converts them into cost based on each machine’s data in the virtual factory configured in aPriori’s Virtual Production Environment (VPE).
  • Each machine in the VPE contains all the necessary machine specs to test manufacturing feasibility, and all the necessary cost data such as Labor, Direct Overhead, and Indirect Overhead Rates, to calculate cost.
