aPriori online resources, such as the aPriori Vault and the aPriori Helpcenter, require an authorized account to access. These accounts are available to all aPriori users with an active license subscription.
- To access the aPriori Helpcenter, go to https://support.apriori.com and enter your aPriori single sign on (SSO) credentials.
- To access the aPriori Vault, go to and enter your aPriori single sign on (SSO) credentials.
If you do not have an account, but want to access these resources, please either:
- Ask a colleague that does have access to create a support request for this.
- E-mail using your company e-mail address.
You can request accounts for multiple users at the same time.
Once an account has been created, an automatic e-mail will be sent with further instructions. If you do not receive an e-mail, then it may have been stopped by your internet security. In this case, please check your junk e-mail.
If you cannot find this e-mail, then please use the “Remember my password” link on the login page to request a new password.
Please note that the username and password that you use to login to aPriori are managed by your internal team. These are different from the login details that are needed to login to aPriori online resources.
