aPriori Drives Automotive Innovation as Gold Sponsor of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology’s (KIT) KA-RaceIng Team

MUNICH, GERMANY – aPriori today announced its Gold Sponsor support for the KA-RaceIng Team, a student-run organization that designs, builds, and competes in education-focused motorsports events globally. Located at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), the KA-RaceIng Team enables students to gain practical experience across the entire automotive development process.

KA-RaceIng is fielding three teams this season, and each team acts like an independent company responsible for all facets of design, production, and maintenance. The KA-RaceIng program also provides students with insights from industry professionals to complement their hands-on learning. The teams are scheduled to compete in Formula Student races in Austria, Hungary, and Germany.

About the KA-RaceIng Team

The KA-RaceIng team is a university group at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology that designs, builds, and competes in education-focused motorsports events globally. Within one year, the KA-RaceIng team will proceed through the entire automotive development process to manufacture three powerful race cars. Each of the three KA-RaceIng teams is scheduled to participate in Formula Student – one of the largest worldwide technical competitions for students. Each KA-RaceIng team of nearly 90 members is organized like a small company. KA-RaceIng student leaders also receive support from their alumni committee, who share their own experiences. This committee advises the current teams throughout the season and promotes an ongoing connection with more than 700 past team members.
