Our Cloud Infrastructure
We primarily rely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) as our main cloud provider. Additionally, we use other third-party services that might store or process customer information.
Ensuring Secure Access
aPriori ensures legitimate access through proper identity and access management (IAM) and security controls in the production environment. We use a dedicated production Auth0 tenant for Single Sign On for our cloud solutions, to give our customers a greater control over access levels.
aPriori recommends customers integrate their own identity provider with aPrioris authentication platform using SAML.
Data and System Protection
Protecting your data’s confidentiality, integrity, and availability is our top priority. We segment networks to isolate sensitive systems, significantly reducing unauthorized access risks. All customer data is encrypted at rest using AWS KMS, with keys rotated annually—leveraging secure, industry-standard practices.
Our Risk Management Approach
aPriori manages risks by following industry best practices to identify, assess, treat, and monitor them. This involves performing regular risk assessments, maintaining and frequently reviewing our risk register, and adhering to a comprehensive vendor management program to ensure that all third-party vendors meet our strict security standards.
