aPriori Appoints Three Executives to Support Global Growth for its Digital Manufacturing Intelligence Solutions
CONCORD, MASS. – aPriori, a provider of digital manufacturing intelligence solutions, today announced three executive appointments to help guide the company’s rapid growth: Chris Morris, Chief Customer Officer (CCO); Michael Crones, Chief Information Officer (CIO); and Philippe Adam, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
aPriori is expanding its leadership team to guide the company’s international expansion to better serve its customers. During the past year, aPriori’s cloud-related sales grew by 171% based on Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
Innovative manufacturers are using aPriori’s digital manufacturing simulation (digital factories) to help accelerate time to market, cut costs, and strengthen supply chain resilience. aPriori customers include ALSTOM, Boeing, GE, Kenworth, and Toyota.

Chris Morris, Chief Customer Officer
Chris Morris has a wealth of experience helping customers optimize enterprise software applications and maximize return on investment (ROI). He previously served as aPriori’s VP of Customer Success and Customer Service, where he strengthened the company’s consulting, training, and related services. Prior to joining aPriori, Chris held a variety of senior roles at PTC, including VP of Success Management. And he also held lead engineering positions at UTC/Pratt & Whitney. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida.
Michael Crones, Chief Information Officer
Michael joins aPriori from Draper, where he was responsible for providing enterprise technology capabilities for one of the nation’s leading technology developers for national security. At Draper, he served as CIO, Principal Director of Program Operations, and Chief of Staff: Head of Corporate Strategy & Communications. Additionally, he held multiple technology, operations, and program management positions at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. He received a B.S. in Business at Merrimack College and a Master’s Degree in Technology Management from Brandeis University.
Philippe Adam, Chief Marketing Officer
Philippe has a proven track record directing global marketing programs for digital transformation and IT solutions providers. He is an international and multicultural senior leader who has built his career by working for start-ups and for established market leaders, including Esko/Danaher, Hyperion, Oracle, and McAfee. Prior to joining aPriori, Philippe served as PTC’s VP of Global Marketing, where he evolved product messaging and led integrated marketing programs. He graduated from INSTN in France with a degree in Information Systems Architecture and Hardware Design.
