Sales Director

Job Description:

  • Responsible for selling aPriori’s software products and maintaining relationships with existing accounts
  • Responsible for achieving assigned sales goals for customers in a defined geographic territory or account list
  • Prospects and develops new business and develops proposals for presentation to prospective customers.
  • Coordinates resources from marketing, professional services, engineering and product management to facilitate obtaining new business

Senior Technical Consultant

Location:  Concord, MA

Job Description:

  • Plays a key role member in the implementation of the aPriori cost management platform for our customers.
  • Works with customers to define, plan, and manage the customer’s overall deployment.
  • Creates a deployment plan and the actual technical project management and execution, including solution configuration, user training, and usage mentoring.
  • Directs and mentors less senior members of the team in execution of deliverables, while still being accountable for the overall deployment.
  • Uses technical expertise of aPriori’s software to align aPriori’s software and service offerings to a customer’s cost management and effectively handle technical project management and execution.
  • Supports aPriori solution configuration, which requires the modeling of manufacturing facilities, including capabilities, rules, and accounting rates as well as the ability to understand a customer’s design and manufacturing environment and map those requirements to formulas and rules using aPriori’s scripting language.
  • Provides support to Sales team during sales process in the delivery of aPriori service programs which allow prospects to confirm the financial and strategic value that aPriori can bring them prior to engaging in a full solution rollout.

Qualifications:

  • BS or MS in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Software Engineering.
    4-8 years experience in an engineering discipline (either permanent or combined with internship)
  • Excellent consultative communication skills. Must be comfortable presenting to client groups including executive-level participants by phone or in person.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliverables of less senior and/or offshore resources for a project.
  • Proven critical thinker, results-driven, have a positive attitude, and be a team player.
  • Experience with a basic scripting and CAD is a plus.

Implementation Engineer

Job Description:

The Implementation Engineer plays an integral role in the implementation of the aPriori cost management platform for our customers through technical project management and execution. The position allows for the unique opportunity to work closely with customers and explore their cost challenges, resulting in a broad exposure to how a wide range of products are designed and manufactured. To accomplish the technical implementation of the aPriori platform, the implementation engineer:

  • Handles the project management and execution of the technical side of the project, including solution configuration, user training, and usage mentoring.
  • Supports aPriori solution configuration, which requires the modeling of manufacturing facilities, including capabilities, rules, and accounting rates as well as the ability to understand a customer’s design and manufacturing environment and map those requirements to formulas and rules using aPriori’s scripting language.
  • Builds and demonstrates expertise on aPriori software and service offerings, Manufacturing Cost Models, and Solutions Configuration.
  • Meets onsite with aPriori customers to provide technical expertise on how to align aPriori’s software and service offerings to a customer’s cost management.
  • Provides support to Sales team during sales process in the delivery of aPriori service programs which allow prospects to confirm the financial and strategic value that aPriori can bring them prior to engaging in a full solution rollout.

Job Description:

The Implementation Engineer (Configuration and Tools) plays an integral role in the implementation of the aPriori cost management platform for our customers through technical project management and execution. The position allows for the unique opportunity to work closely with customers and explore their cost challenges, resulting in a broad exposure to how a wide range of products are designed and manufactured. To accomplish the technical implementation of the aPriori platform, the implementation engineer:

  • Builds and demonstrates expertise on aPriori software and service offerings, Manufacturing Cost Models, and Solutions Configuration

  • Provides creative solutions on how to integrate aPriori with other systems (PLM, ERP, Reporting, etc) to meet customer needs

Deployment Engineer

Location:  Concord, MA, USA

Job Description
aPriori is seeking a Deployment Engineer to deploy the aPriori Cost Management Solution software to new customers and support our existing customer base with technical issues. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Perform remote installations of aPriori’s software and database platforms at customer sites
  • Provide guidance to new and existing customers on aPriori system administration
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with aPriori installations on work stations and servers
  • Refine the deployment tools and upgrade process
  • Manage customers’ tactical issues and communicate effectively to other business units (e.g., sales, product management, professional services, QA or development ) as necessary

Qualifications and Preferred Skillset

  • BS Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field
  • Strong understanding of Windows 7 and Windows Server, Windows 8 and Linux a plus
  • Experience with relational databases, especially Oracle, MySQL, and/or MS SQL Server
  • Experience with at least one CAD system such as Pro/ENGINEER, Creo, Unigraphix NX, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, CATIA Experience with DOS and batch scripting a plus
  • Confident customer facing communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and maintain organization under pressure
  • Concise and articulate writing skills

IT Support Admin

Location: Concord, MA


Job Description
The primary responsibility of the IT Support Admin will be to provide first level technical support to aPriori employees for company computers, software and services. This includes software setup, imaging, and deployment of laptops and desktops.

Time not spent handling tickets will be spent implementing small and medium sized IT projects to improve our company infrastructure and add new services. This position will work in collaboration with the IT Manager to keep our company’s infrastructure modern and improve existing workflows, monitoring and IT policies.

Responsibilities

  •  Provide first-level technical support for all IT-related issues for both local and remote employees. Including:
    • General Desktop support, aPriori employees in Concord as well as Remote employees for software, hardware, and core company services.
  • Setup new workstations for employees (imaging, deploying software…)
  • Complete IT projects as needed

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Information Systems or equivalent program
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Good understanding of Microsoft client and server operating systems, including but not limited to: Windows 7, Windows Server (2003, 2008 R2, and later), Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Group Policy.
  • Basic understanding of computer networking
  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing

Desired Skills

  • PowerShell experience is a big plus
  • Experience with Virtualization (specifically Microsoft’s Hyper-V)
  • Linux experience
  • Microsoft Exchange 2010 or later
