Cold storage provides the option Cold Storage Time.

By default in starting point VPEs, the time spent by the annealed stock in cold storage is specified by the cost model variable defaultColdStorageTime (24 hours in starting point VPEs). See Formulas for the Cold Storage Process. You can override the default with this setup option.
