Upgrading to aPriori Professional 2019 R2 SP1 F1

aPriori 2019 R2 SP1 F1 is NOT compatible with aPriori 2019 R2 SP1 or aPriori 2019 R2; all user versions must update to aPriori 2019 R2 SP1 F1.

On-Premise customers can upgrade directly to 2019 R2 SP1 F1 from:

• 2019 R1

• 2019 R1 SP1

• 2019 R1 SP2

• 2019 R2

• 2019 R2 SP1

Use the procedures in the 2019 R2 SP1 F1 Version of the aPriori Professional Installation Guide. Be aware that when upgrading to aPriori 2019 R2 from an earlier release of aPriori, you must create a super-user account in your current release prior to beginning the upgrade.

aPriori Cloud customer upgrades are handled by aPriori personnel.
