Upgrading to aPriori Professional 2019 R2

For aPriori Cloud customers, upgrades are handled by aPriori personnel.

On-Premise customers can upgrade directly to 2019 R2 from either:

• 2019 R1

• 2019 R1 SP1

• 2019 R1 SP2

• Use the procedures in the 2019 R2 Version of the aPriori Professional Installation Guide. Before you upgrade from earlier release to aPriori 2019 R2, as a best practice, promote an existing system administrator to a super-user account in your current release by associating the admin user id to the super user group. If you do not promote an admin to a super user, you must complete additional steps during the upgrade.
