Upgrading to aPriori Professional 2019 R2 SP1

For aPriori Cloud customers, upgrades are handled by aPriori personnel.

On-Premise customers can upgrade directly to 2019 R2 SP1 from either:

• 2019 R1

• 2019 R1 SP1

• 2019 R1 SP2

• 2019 R2 (no upgrade script is required in this case)

Use the procedures in the 2019 R2 SP1 Version of the aPriori Professional Installation Guide. Be aware that when upgrading to aPriori 2019 R2 from an earlier release of aPriori, you must create a super-user account in your current release prior to beginning the upgrade.
