Enter, or Browse for, the PTC Creo startup directory on your machine. Then, select the version that matches the installed Creo software.

 

To determine the location of the directory, in Creo:

1. Select File > Help > System Information.

2. Scroll to the Installation Directories and Command Information > Directories section.

3. The startup directory is listed as the Creo Parametric Startup Directory.

 

To determine the version number, in Creo:

1. Select File > Help > System Information.

2. Scroll to the License Information section. The version number is listed as the Version.
