aP Wrapper Failure

You may get one or more of the following messages in Creo®.

• Startup of application “aP Wrapper” failed.

• Foreign program “aP Wrapper” failed to initialize:
error PRO_TK_GENERAL_ERROR

• JVM creation failed!

The most common reason for these messages is that the computer is missing the Microsoft® Visual C++ runtime files. Close Creo®, and install the files according by running:

\aPriori\install-files\runtimes\installRuntimes.cmd

Another common reason for the “aP Wrapper” failure message on 32-bit machines is related to memory. aPriori requires a 64-bit computer in order to run aPriori as a Creo toolkit application.
