No Error Message
If you do not get any error message, the problem is likely due to an error in the configuration of the config.pro, protk.dat, or both.
The most common configuration is to have a config.pro in the Creo startup directory. If you do not know where your startup directory is, you can find it in Creo by clicking on Help > System Information. Scroll down to the Directories section and look for the “Creo Parametric Startup Directory:”.
The toolkit file (ending in protk.dat) is in the aPriori installation folder and contains the path to the aPriori .dll and text directory. This file is automatically generated when aPriori is installed and should only need to be modified if the location of the aPriori installation changes.
