Machines for Plastic Molding
The plastic molding machines in the aPriori baseline VPE only cover single-shot, single-part, single-material, single-color molding.
Brand names of IM and SFM machines in the baseline VPE include the following:

Specialized SFM machines include machines from the Uniloy line. These are capable of both physical gas injection and use of chemical foaming agents. All other plastic molding machines, if used for structural foam molding, are only capable of using chemical foaming agents.
For RIM, the cost model assumes a Gusmer-Decker Reactor IP-40.
