• name -- the name of a Gcd type (such as "CurvedWall" or "PlanarFace"), or "*" for all.

• getAllAttributes -- specifies that you want every attribute output for the Gcd. Analogous to getAllFormulas in the CSL element.

• generateRelations -- if true, a row is generated for each relation that this gcd has. There is no way to specify which attributes. The code generates them all.
