Using the right-click menu
Right-clicking a node selects the node and the row and opens a menu with the following options:
Inclusion menu – this option is only available for the nodes that can be manually included into and excluded from the operation sequence:
Let aPriori decide – initially this option is selected, since by default aPriori decides whether to include or exclude the node.
Include – select this option to manually include the selected node in the operation sequence. The green icon on the node indicates that the node was manually included. Select Let aPriori decide to revert to the aPriori choice.
Exclude – select this option to manually exclude the selected node from the operation sequence. The node becomes crossed out and the green icon on the node indicates that the node was manually excluded. Select Let aPriori decide to revert to the aPriori choice.
Tool – this option is only available for machining operations which have no more underlying operations underneath them. It displays information about the tool selected for the specified operation (see the section "Tool Selection for Machining" in the aPriori Cost Model Guide), including tool type and tool family. For information about tool diameter, select Process Setup Options from the right-click menu.
Process Setup Options – displays GCD-specific process setup options.
Rules/Status – this option displays the evaluation feasibility status for the node. For nodes representing alternative and optional operations it also displays the User Selection Policy Options window. In this window you can:
Check the Operation check box to evaluate the operation feasibility rules.
Choose what to do if a rule fails – Fail to cost or Revert to auto-select.
