Refreshing the database connection

At any time during the costing process, you can refresh aPriori Desktop with information stored in the database. When you refresh the database connection, you lose all unsaved changes.

To refresh the database connection

1 Select File > Refresh Database Connection. A window prompting you to confirm the refresh from the database is displayed.

2 Click Yes.

Note: This is an important step for VPE Administrators when importing VPE data using the command line. If you have completed such an import of VPE data and the VPE data appears to have remained the same, close the VPE and click File > Refresh Database Connection to see the new data.
