Cost outputs
The Cost Output pane displays various views of cost information depending on the type of the current component.
The clock icon indicates whether the displayed cost outputs are current:
• The Current icon 
indicates that the component has not been modified since this cost was calculated.
indicates that the component has not been modified since this cost was calculated.• The Stale icon 
indicates that the component has been modified since this cost was calculated.
indicates that the component has been modified since this cost was calculated. Place the mouse pointer over this icon to see when the displayed cost was saved.
To change the display currency
The default display currency is USD. You can create a list of available currencies in aPriori Administrator and use this list to change the display currency in aPriori Desktop.
1 Select View > Change Currency. The Select Currency window is displayed.
2 Select the currency from the Currency drop-down list.
3 Select the version (if any) from the Version drop-down list.
4 Click OK.

If currency conversion is required based on the default currency and the display currency, the value is displayed in italics. To see the conversion rate, place the mouse pointer over a value.
Note: You can also change the displayed currency from the Cost Guide IF the selected Process Group is set to Manually Costed. (The currency field is not deployed on the Cost Guide for any other process group.)
