Thomas & Betts Reznor division designs and manufactures heating, ventilating, air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and radiant heaters.

Using aPriori, Thomas & Betts was able to successfully create cost estimates for new product introductions quicker and earlier in the design process.  For the new condensing units, a cost roll-up process that previously could take four to five days, was completed in less than 2 hours.  This allowed design engineers to create a detailed cost estimate months earlier than in the past, and make sure they were meeting established cost targets.
