aPriori’s implementation approach is centered on three core principles:

Members of our professional services organization come from a variety of backgrounds. All consultants have either or both direct manufacturing experience and software deployment experience. We provide the following services:

• aPriori Strategic Value Assessments (aSVAs) | Projects that allow customers to validate the system and can help them prior to a production rollout.
• Initial Implementations | Includes all aspects of technical and business support required to successfully deploy aPriori within a customer organization.
• Project Extensions | May include building additional VPEs, implementing additional process groups or rolling out the solution to additional users.
• VPE Refinements | Include tuning an existing model to better reflect true costs based on learnings from use.
